Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm
(Accepting bill payments and service applications only)

The following precautions will be taken:

  • Covid-19 Regulations requires every person in a public space to wear a face mask. It is the law
  • Each customer must sanitize his/her hands upon entering the payment centre.
  • Only one (1) customer at any time will be allowed to enter.

What if I have a question about my account?

Our Customer Service team is available to assist you by telephone 649-946-5202 or email customerservice@provowater.tc. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Customers can log into our MyAccount portal via the link on top of our website, or at  http://provo-myacct.smartgridcis.net to easily check their account, pay water bill and more at their convenience.

Where do I report a fault?

Faults and emergencies can be reported 24 hours a day on 649-231-0705.

Will I be disconnected if I am unable to pay?

Provo Water Company has temporarily suspended disconnections for non-payment due to financial hardships until the end of May 2020.

We encourage customers experiencing financial hardship to contact our Customer Service Team at 649-946-5202 to discuss payment extension and payment plan options that may be available to keep their accounts in good standing.

Do I have to pay my water bill during this time?

Customers will be billed for water service and past-due balances will continue to accrue if payment is not made.

Payments should be made to avoid service disconnection at a later date.

What are my payment options?

We are encouraging customers to utilize our My Account portal either via our website or at https://provo-myacct.smartgridcis.net to view water bills, make payments, view water usages and update account details.

Options also available are:-

  • CIBC First Caribbean Online or direct deposit to account 14781114
  • Scotia Bank Online
  • RBC Caribbean Online
  • Graceway IGA stores during their hours of operation.  Please make cheque payable to Graceway Trading
How do I start a Water Service?

Our Customer Service Team is still processing requests to open, close, reconnect and transfer water service.

To make a request, please call 649-946-5202 or email customerservice@provowater.tc. All requests should be submitted 24 hours in advance.

Will water service be interrupted?

Our crews remain in the field, committed to keeping a reliable supply of high-quality water flowing to our customers.  In the event of an area outage, customers will be notified of emergency repair-works being carried out.

The health of our employees and our customers is our top priority.  When you see our crews in the field, please adhere to all health guidance and practice social distancing.  While it might be tempting to ask about your water service, please protect your health and theirs by calling Customer Service at 649-946-5202.

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes.  PWC’s water is carefully monitored, safe to drink and meets all World Health Organization health and safety standards.  Our water treatment process removes and kills viruses such as COVID-19 to ensure all drinking water safety standards are met.

Does Provo Water Company have an Emergency Operations Plan?

We have activated our emergency operations and business continuity plans and will continue to update them for COVID-19 as necessary to meet our service obligations to our customers and communities.
